Born and raised in Nevada, Alison is married to David McNeill, also born and raised in Nevada on different sides of Las Vegas Valley. Alison has 4 children, David has 1 and they now have 6 grandchildren. David and Alison met after David retired from the Navy, in 2010. David has been Post Commander of 983, and 12093, and is presently Jr. Vice Commander of the State of Nevada VFW. Alison is serving her first year as Auxiliary President of 12093 and 2nd year as Department Secretary.

 

Her love of serving veterans is a driving force in her life and she enjoys participating in all events that make a positive impact on those who have sacrificed their lives and futures for this country. From a young age she was taught to honor veterans, her grandfather, great uncles and her father all served. She is passionate about making a difference, and she loves the auxiliary and its Ideals in caring for our veterans.
