The IRS has updated the website where Treasurer's file the 990N e-Postcard.
Be sure to file this card each year to ensure your Auxiliary maintains its non-profit status and provide a copy of the filing to your Department Treasurer. Failure to file this card can and will result in the IRS revoking the non-profit status of your Auxiliary. It is a long and daunting task to regain your non-profit status and in the meantime, the IRS has the option to make you pay taxes on any monies you raise during your fundraisers.
